Omnia Adjusters Cooperative is a Canadian based, federally registered, membership owned company. Each member is required to hold one membership share. Each member gets one vote, no matter their size.
The Cooperative is managed by a board of 3-7 directors elected from the membership. Seats on the board must be held by individuals representing member firms. Proactive governance philosophies ensures that the corporate values are clear and properly maintained.
There are no investment shares, so no investors (venture capitalists etc.) to satisfy. This means that we are able to utilize resources where it matters. Serving our clients and members more effectively.
Day to day operational control is delegated to a Board appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Stacey comes to the CEO role with 38 years adjusting experience, having founded Cornerstone Adjusters 20 years ago in Vancouver, B.C.
Stacey and her team joined Omnia in 2022, and she was invited to join its Board of Directors in the Fall of that same year.
She brings a wealth of experience in both the insurance and dispute resolution realms, with significant experience in nonprofit governance and leadership.
Stacey holds her CIP and CRM, alongside Charter-level designations in Mediation and Arbitration. Still an active claims practitioner,
Stacey has led many successful business development initiatives, for both her own firm and nonprofit organizations alike - experience that will be invaluable in her new role with Omnia.
Her vision will realize the outstanding results that can happen when remarkable people come together for the right opportunity.
Stacey will continue to champion Omnia's key competitive advantages as an alternative to the traditional corporate independent adjusting model,
proudly representing the top-tier, boutique, all-Canadian network of adjusting talent that only Omnia can provide.
